Freymann Coaching

John Freymann is Principal and CEO of Freymann Coaching, a division of Freymann IT Services, a people-oriented information technology consulting firm. His practice focuses on supporting the communication and technical skills of technology professionals creating an effective strategic alliance between the technology departments and all line and staff functions within the corporation.

John’s over 28 years in the IT field spans data entry through strategy development and execution. This experience coupled with his formal training in coaching, psychology and counseling, give him a unique perspective leveraging the knowledge of the team members with technological innovation. 

John has adapted to and excelled in a wide variety of IT environments, as demonstrated by his roles as CEO and Principal of Freymann IT Services since 1998, CIO of Advantest America Inc., a leader in the semiconductor testing industry, Systems Architect of factory automation at White-Sundstrand Machine Tool and Senior Consultant for Academic Services at Drake University.

In addition, John has been a guest lecturer on "Information Technology and Leading Change" at DePaul University, and developed and led non-credited courses in computer technology at Iowa State University and Drake University.

John is a founding member of the International Association of Coaches.
